Version 2.5.1
This release brings updates for the "Forwarding" and "Return" services, as well as slight interface improvements and bug fixes that some users have experienced.
"FORWARDING" AND "RETURN". If your shipment is returned or forwarded, all tracking details will remain in one place. All the details will be available in the original EW, and you will be able to edit and manage such parcels.
UPDATING THE "ALL" TAB. Now it's easier to find out in the whole list which parcel is on its way to you and which one you sent.
FIXING BUGS OF THE PREVIOUS RELEASE:
– If you need to contact customer support, all communication channels and callback options are displayed again;
– All details about the place of dispatch, not just the address of the branch, are retrieved in the created EW when sending from the branch;
– There is an update to display the correct delivery time and detailed shipment statuses for sent parcels.

This version brings you many updates and improvements.
Chat with the courier is now working fine and is only displayed when the courier has left for the customer.
Browse through all of your parcels in a single list from the home screen under the "All" tab. Archived parcels are there as well but in a separate folder at the end of the list. You no longer have to find them with filters.
We've fixed the bugs of the previous version, bringing back the following elements: the "Open locker" button when receiving a parcel from a parcel locker; the info box about the time of booking a locker when sending from a parcel locker; certain parcel lockers not displayed on the map; information about return delivery of documents in the created parcel; photos of couriers; and the ability to assess the quality of service instead of a white screen.
Meanwhile, such annoying issues as incorrect operation of the "Copied" notification when copying the EW number, "selected" parcels that cannot be archived, redundant exit options from the "Documentation" section, and incorrect display of dates in parcel statuses have been removed.
Adding and deleting emails in the customer profile is now possible again.

There are a lot of updates in this version. In particular, we have redesigned the parcel status names to make them more informative. For added convenience, some of them are now displayed in the form of informer tips. Such tips allow you to pay attention to important events that occur with the parcel along the route to the recipient.
The app has a convenient service for creating local parcels in Ukraine. In three simple steps, the sender can order both targeted service and use a post office or the nearest post office.
Several commonly used names have been added for quick parcel description, and you can choose the parcel size from four standard sizes or specify other sizes if the package is non-standard.
Be sure to try our Transfer Point service, which allows you to use a post office or post office machine as a storage unit for your personal belongings. You can find the location of the nearest post office or branch on the map when you create a shipment. To specify the recipient's phone number, just use your phone book.
At the third and final step, in addition to a payment card, you can use the option of paying for parcels with promotional codes provided by Nova Poshta. By the way, you can find the full list of available promo codes in the relevant section of your profile.
Those who order parcels with door-to-door delivery can additionally take advantage of the opportunity to reschedule the date and time of delivery or talk to the courier to tell him the closest route to your address.

The new version has updated the screen elements with detailed information about parcels, including the time the parcel spent on the road between the point of departure and delivery; display of paid services and discounts; changes in the scenario for receiving a parcel from a post office cell. The functions of renaming and refusing a parcel have been improved.
We are constantly working to improve the section containing information about branches of Nova Poshta and our partners. To do this, we have updated the mechanism for obtaining up-to-date information about the outlets, displaying the correct work schedule, taking into account the user's time zone. To make it easier to search for branches, we have added a function to display branches located near hotels, city attractions or street names.

This update introduces onboarding screens to introduce users to the new features of the app and explain the accesses required to use the app. Also, in the future, a tooltip will be displayed at the top of the main screen to inform you about the release of a new version of the app.
We are constantly working to ensure that parcels are delivered as quickly as possible. That's why we've added a timer to the parcel route information, which displays the time it takes to reach the recipient.
Our delivery points can now be found separately on the map and in the list of branches. And branches belonging to partner networks are marked with the appropriate logos.
The callback function is now also available in Europe. Accordingly, the section with official documentation has been expanded for these countries

In this update, we have completely redesigned the parcel detail screen. The parcel data is divided into several blocks: basic information about the parcel, route details detailing the movement of the parcel from the place of departure to the place of delivery, detailed information about the size and weight of the parcel, a block of ordered delivery services, contact information about the sender and recipient.
The block for ordering additional services is made in the form of a carousel.
The parcel screen is supplemented with a block for operational support. For this purpose, we have gathered together all the communication channels available to the user, including ordering a callback for owners of Ukrainian phone numbers, links to channels in messengers, and the ability to place an appeal.
The parcel screen can be adapted to different usage scenarios, including viewing information by those with whom the parcel was shared, as well as those users who were assigned to receive the parcel using the Other Recipient service.
The search on the home screen has been improved so that parcels can be found by description, and when switching from the search results to the parcel screen, all the options for managing it are available. In the branch directory, we added information about the names of our partner networks.
The main menu has a new section "Shopping", which offers users the opportunity to order branded merchandise of the "Pack the Sky - Upgrade Air Defense" project. Another service is a catalog for ordering packaging, packaging and consumables, souvenirs and stationery offered by NP Service. A list of our partner stores is presented separately

We have updated the design of the main screen. In particular, the number of tabs for displaying parcels has been reduced. Only those responsible for the direction were left: to me and from me. You can also use the "Created" and "Other" tabs to move to the list of unsent parcels and third-party parcels, respectively.
All extra tabs have been moved to the "Filters" menu.
Reduced the height of the service elements of the screen, including the barcode for identification and the menu at the bottom of the screen. Also, the update of the list of parcels immediately after creating a new parcel has been accelerated
